Love that does not Love the World - 1 John 2:15-17
True love is a love that discerns, it's a love that does not practice sin, and it's a love that will be rejected by the world but will overcome the world. Ultimately, it flows from "That Love" that comes to us from Jesus (1 John 4:10), and hopefully leads us to say, "I want to embody 'that love.'" We'll be looking at John's letters to see what true love looks like and how we can show the world that love.

Women's Conference - Oct. 28

We are excited to invite you to St. John's/Renewal's annual women's conference featuring author and speaker Elyse Fitzpatrick! Elyse is the head of Women Helping Women Ministries and holds an MA in biblical counseling from Trinity Theological Seminary. She has authored more than two dozen books, including Because He Loves Me, Give them Grace, and Counsel from the Cross.

The cost to attend is $35/person. We will provide a light breakfast and coffee as well as lunch. We can't wait to see you there!
